Julian Black
Julian Black is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Practising Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

As Managing Partner of Black & Krantz, Julian has extensive expertise in succession planning, family business structures and high net wealth individuals including asset realisation programmes.

Julian has been working as an Accountant in both the accounting and commerce profession since 1973, and has been a principal in practice since 1981. He has a wealth of experience in the business sector, dealing with business sale negotiations, business coaching and consulting, including operating and selling of a substantial number of successful businesses in the wholesale sector.

Julian is also an Authorised Representative of Count Financial Limited, Australia's largest independently owned network of accountants specialising in wealth advice.

As Audit Partner, Julian also oversees the work of our Audit and Superannuation Team.

Andrew Krantz
Andrew is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

He heads up the Financial Planning area of Black & Krantz, and it is his responsibility to ensure that all clients have the opportunity to partake of the Wealth Control System© which includes:

Rachel Finkelstein
Rachel is a Chartered Accountant and heads up one of our Business Services Teams.

Rachel is a tax & business specialist who also acts as the firms Quality Control leader.

She can assist you with the running of your business and ensure all your accounting needs are met and ensure you pay as little tax as possible.

Onofrio Raffaele
Onofrio is a Certified Practising Accountant, Professional National Accountant and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

He has a wealth of experience in the areas of business and taxation. He looks after a variety of businesses providing them with any kind of assistance and advice.

Onofrio’s speciality is in Business Structuring to ensure the best possible tax position as well as ensuring asset protection strategies are put in place. Onofrio can assist you when selling your business to minimise or eliminate any Capital Gains Tax.

Onofrio manages a business division in the firm and co-ordinates the professional development of colleagues.He is always up for a challenge and enjoys working with people to help attain their goals and benefits.

Andrew Scott
Andrew works in our Taxation and Business Services Division and looks after a portfolio of small to medium sized businesses.

He is involved in all aspects of their operations from strategic taxation and management advice to co-ordinating the management of director’s personal affairs.

Andrew is also involved in the training and implementation of business accounting software systems such as MYOB and QuickBooks and manages the Human Resources requirements of Black & Krantz.

Damian Devola
Damian is a Certified Practising Accountant and is the newest addition to the partnership after having joined the firm in 1997 as a Graduate Accountant.

Damian has a particular interest in assisting business through the start up phase of their operations, paying attention to the implementation of systems and procedures to ensure its smooth operation and to allow its owners to rapidly grow their business.

Damian is a keen sportsperson and is involved proactively in the administration of local football and cricket clubs and the benefits they provide to the community.
